Kisi equipment we supply and install
Kisi is a cloud-first access control platform built around mobile credentials and identity-provider integration. We are an authorized Kisi dealer and certified installer and have been deploying the line in the Carolinas since 2024. This is the hardware that goes in the closet and on the door, and what each part means once it is installed.

Controller Pro 2
The door controller. It speaks both IP and Wiegand, which matters more than it sounds: you can put a modern cloud platform in front of readers and credentials the building already has instead of re-badging everyone on day one. It carries CE, FCC, RCM and NDAA compliance and has onboard tamper detection — worth knowing if you have federal or public-sector funding conditions. Plan lock power separately from controller power.

Reader Pro 2
The reader at the opening. Unlocks by phone tap, in-app, by Kisi card or fob, or by MotionSense — a hand wave, which is genuinely useful where people arrive with full hands. It will also read legacy NFC and RFID badges you already issue. Check read range against the mounting surface; a metal storefront stile costs you range.

Terminal Pro
Reader plus screen for entrances that handle visitors as well as staff. Adds QR check-in and Apple Wallet employee badges on top of card, fob and mobile unlock, so a contractor can be issued a time-limited code without anyone printing anything.

Intercom Pro
Video intercom for the front door. Full-duplex audio with noise cancellation and HD video, end-to-end encrypted, answered from the Kisi app so nobody has to be sitting at a desk to let a visitor in. Updates over the air, which removes the truck roll that firmware used to require.

Wireless door controller
For openings where pulling a cable back to the closet is impractical — interior doors, retrofits and historic buildings where core drilling is not an option.

Kisi Adapter
Brings existing readers and door hardware onto Kisi rather than replacing everything at once. Often the cheapest path off a dying legacy panel.

Altronix Trove enclosure
Enclosure and power. Lock power, battery standby and the fire-alarm interface live here, and it is the part cheap quotes leave out.

PoE switch
Dedicated switching for the access control segment, with the PoE budget actually calculated rather than assumed.

Cards, fobs and mobile credentials
Mobile unlock, Apple Wallet badges, Kisi passes as cards, tags or fobs, plus reuse of the third-party NFC and RFID credentials already in your building. QR codes cover visitors without issuing anything physical.
Software: the Kisi cloud dashboard and mobile app handle users, groups, schedules, analytics and audit reporting, with Okta, Entra ID, SCIM and SSO integration. The platform also covers intrusion detection with third-party alarm integration, visitor management with badge printing and signed NDAs, and cloud video with tailgating detection. We configure the identity integration and the offboarding flow, which is the part that actually protects you when someone leaves. See also intercom and elevator integrations.
Product images are supplied by the manufacturer. 360 Technology Group is an authorized Kisi dealer and certified installer. Models, finishes and availability change — the proposal names the exact part numbers for your project.
North Carolina and South Carolina planning guide
Kisi Access Control Installation, Repair, Reseller and Maintenance
Kisi cloud access control installed, configured and supported across North and South Carolina. We are an authorized Kisi dealer and certified installer. Kisi suits organizations that want mobile credentials, no on-site server and offboarding tied to their identity provider — and its Controller Pro 2 accepts the Wiegand readers a building already has, so a retrofit does not mean re-badging everyone on day one.

What Kisi is actually good at
Kisi is a cloud-first access platform built around the phone in your users’ pockets. There is no server, no VPN and no port forwarding argument with IT, and administration happens from anywhere. That suits organizations with modern IT expectations, multiple sites, or high staff turnover where offboarding has to actually revoke building access the same day.
The detail that changes projects most is that the Controller Pro 2 speaks both IP and Wiegand. That means you can put a current cloud platform in front of the readers and credentials a building already has, instead of re-badging everyone and replacing every reader on day one. On a retrofit that is frequently the difference between a project that gets approved and one that does not.
Two things are worth knowing before you commit. Kisi is a subscription, so model five years rather than the purchase price. And the Controller Pro 2 carries NDAA compliance along with CE, FCC and RCM — which matters if your project has federal funding conditions that rule out other manufacturers.

Capabilities and selection checkpoints
The cards in this section summarize information to evaluate; they are not separate pages. Availability and compatibility can change, so final models and releases must be confirmed against current manufacturer resources.
Kisi access control installation, repair and maintenance services
Supply, survey, installation, cloud and identity-provider setup, credential rollout, administrator training, repair and takeover of existing Kisi sites across NC and SC.
Kisi access control installation for new construction, retrofits and multi-site rollouts
New build, retrofit and multi-site rollouts. On multi-site the win is standardization — one design, one user directory and one set of schedules, so a regional manager sees the same thing at every location.
Kisi system repair for controllers, readers, mobile credentials, door hardware and network issues
Controllers, readers, mobile credentials and door hardware. Most “the app stopped working” calls turn out to be network, power or a failing lock rather than the Kisi hardware, so we check those first.
Kisi dealer and reseller support for hardware, subscriptions and platform expansion
Genuine hardware, correct subscription tiers and platform expansion quoted against your existing site. We will tell you when a cheaper tier covers what you actually use.
Preventive maintenance and takeover support for existing Kisi systems
We adopt Kisi systems installed by others. The audit covers who owns the account, whether offboarding is actually wired to your directory, and which doors have drifted out of their intended schedule.
Cloud dashboard setup, user provisioning, access groups, schedules and permissions
Users, groups, access schedules and permissions built around how the organization really works — then connected to Okta, Entra ID or SCIM so joiners and leavers are handled automatically instead of manually.
Visitor management, video surveillance, intrusion detection and reporting deployment
The platform extends past doors: visitor check-in with badges and signed NDAs, cloud video with tailgating detection, intrusion alerts and audit reporting. Worth scoping together, because retrofitting them later costs more.
Why customers choose Kisi for modern access control
Mobile-first access, no on-site server, fast offboarding through directory integration, and hardware that accepts the credentials a building already issues. It suits IT-literate organizations more than it suits sites with no network staff at all.
Current Kisi products we install, repair, resell and support
Controller Pro 2, Reader Pro 2, Terminal Pro, Intercom Pro, wireless door controllers, adapters, enclosures and credentials. We stock and service the current generation rather than clearing old inventory.
Kisi Reader Pro 2
Unlocks by phone tap, in-app, card, fob or MotionSense hand-wave — useful where people arrive carrying things. Reads legacy NFC and RFID badges, so existing credentials often carry forward.
Kisi Terminal Pro
Reader plus screen for entrances handling visitors as well as staff: QR check-in, Apple Wallet employee badges, card, fob and mobile. Issues a contractor a time-limited code without printing anything.
Kisi Controller Pro 2
The door controller, speaking IP and Wiegand so existing readers can stay. CE, FCC, RCM and NDAA compliant with onboard tamper detection. Lock power is planned separately from controller power.
Evidence to collect before design
A useful survey and stakeholder review should produce the following project evidence for Kisi Access Control Installation, Repair, Reseller and Maintenance:
- Door and frame survey, existing lock function, handing, egress behavior and accessibility conditions.
- Credential population, visitor flow, schedules, exception handling and administrator responsibilities.
- Controller, reader, lock, request-to-exit, door-position and power requirements for every opening.
- Fire-alarm, elevator, video, intrusion, directory and identity-system integration boundaries.
- Network segmentation, cloud connectivity, offline behavior, battery runtime and cybersecurity standards.
- Licensing, mobile-credential policy, spare capacity, migration sequence and long-term support ownership.
Architecture and integration review
Opening compatibility
Match the proposed hardware to the actual door, frame, latch, traffic pattern and required free egress.
Identity workflow
Define enrollment, approval, revocation, visitor access and audit responsibilities before configuration.
Failure behavior
Record what must happen during network, cloud, controller, power and fire-alarm events.
Integration boundary
Name the systems exchanging identities, alarms, video, elevator commands or property data.
Administration model
Decide who owns accounts, roles, schedules, reports, backups, updates and after-hours support.
Migration path
Plan retained doors, phased cutover, credential transition and rollback without weakening security.
Compare proposals on the same evidence
Product names and device counts do not make competing proposals equivalent. Ask each bidder to identify assumptions, exclusions, supported versions, owner responsibilities and the proof that will be delivered at acceptance.
| Comparison area | Evidence a complete proposal should provide |
|---|---|
| Fit for the operating need | A written explanation of how Kisi Access Control Installation, Repair, Reseller and Maintenance supports the required users, events and workflows. |
| Compatibility | A supported-parts, software, license and integration matrix tied to the proposed architecture. |
| Infrastructure | Documented power, network, pathways, environmental and owner-furnished dependencies. |
| Acceptance | Named tests, expected results, exception handling and responsibility for correcting deficiencies. |
| Lifecycle | Current support status, update approach, warranty, subscriptions, spares and replacement planning. |
Deployment and acceptance sequence
- Discovery: agree on users, operating outcomes, retained systems, constraints and acceptance criteria.
- Field validation: verify dimensions, infrastructure, environmental conditions, pathways, power, network and integration points.
- Documented design: name the architecture, supported components, licenses, responsibilities, assumptions and change process.
- Staging and implementation: prepare configuration, backups, labels and test scripts before controlled field deployment.
- Operational acceptance: exercise normal use, exceptions, outages and recovery; then deliver training and system records.
Software, firmware and lifecycle responsibility
Record the installed model, hardware revision, software or firmware release, license or subscription, warranty and administrator ownership at handoff. Those details make later troubleshooting and upgrade planning materially safer.
Downloads, release notes, advisories and manuals should come from the manufacturer’s official portal. 360 Technology Group links to official resources and does not host firmware files locally. Some portals require an authorized customer, dealer or support entitlement.
Before any update, confirm the exact model and region, prerequisites, supported intermediate releases, backup, maintenance window, integration compatibility, rollback limits and post-update test plan. Cloud-managed products may control release timing differently from locally managed systems.
Build a project-specific comparison
Share the facility type, Carolina location, existing platform, approximate device count, operating problem, required integrations and target schedule. 360 Technology Group can use that context to determine whether Kisi Access Control Installation, Repair, Reseller and Maintenance deserves a detailed site and design review.

Official Kisi software, firmware and support
Use these manufacturer-owned portals for current downloads, release notes, manuals, advisories and technical resources. 360 Technology Group links to official sources and does not copy or host firmware files.
Update carefully: confirm the exact model, region, hardware revision, installed version, prerequisites, required intermediate releases, support entitlement, integrations, backup, maintenance window, rollback limitations and post-update tests. The wrong package or sequence can interrupt service or prevent a downgrade.
Some portals require a customer, dealer, certified-technician or active-support login. Cloud-managed products may update automatically and may not offer a public firmware file.
