Kisi states that hardware and add-ons may be required, installation is not included, and an installed estimate depends on a third-party installer. A third-party “software bundle” price should not be treated as a universal Kisi list price without a dated, itemized quote.

Door condition
Frame, handing, fire rating, locking hardware, latch condition, egress, accessibility and monitoring determine the door scope.
Pathways and cable
Distances, conduit, penetrations, occupied areas, firestopping, lifts and reuse of existing cable change labor and material.
Power and network
PoE switching, dedicated lock power, battery backup, VLANs, internet resilience and firewall policy may require separate work.
Credentials
Cards, fobs, mobile access, Apple Wallet, visitor links and legacy credential migration have different hardware, license and administration needs.
Software and integration
SSO, SCIM, video, wireless locks, coworking or fitness software, reporting and custom APIs add configuration and acceptance effort.
Lifecycle support
Training, documentation, spares, preventive maintenance, service response, renewals and future expansion belong in the ownership budget.
