UNC100 and controller installation

The UNC100 is a native TCP/IP two-door controller used with RBH software families. RBH publishes onboard battery charging, encrypted communications, programmable RS-485 and a PoE IEEE 802.3at variant. Compatibility includes Integra32, AxiomV and AxiomXa when the controller and firmware match the approved platform.

We install the enclosure and power, terminate readers and door devices, configure IP communications and firmware, enroll the controller in software and test all normal, alarm and offline conditions.

RBH hardware families and field scope

UNC100

Two-door IP controller available in conventional-power and PoE kit arrangements. Reader, lock, input, output, battery and network budgets are checked against the current installation sheet.

UNC500 communications

Axiom enterprise systems can use UNC500 communications architecture. We verify the software edition, downstream controller topology, network design and support status before expansion.

IRC/URC/NIRC families

Existing RBH sites may contain several controller generations. We identify exact boards, firmware and topology before recommending reuse, firmware conversion or replacement.

IOC8 and I/O

Input/output modules add alarm monitoring and relay control. Every point is labeled in the panel and software and included in cause-and-effect testing.

Elevator control

Floor relay control requires a coordinated scope with the elevator and fire-alarm teams, plus an exact matrix of credential, schedule and emergency behavior.

Power and enclosures

Lock current, auxiliary loads, battery runtime, grounding, branch protection, wire gauge and environmental conditions are calculated—not inferred from the number of doors.

Controller service and maintenance

Health review

Inspect enclosure, supply and battery, board status, network errors, controller clocks, event upload, reader communications and recurring door alarms.

Corrective service

Isolate field wiring, reader, lock, input, power, network, firmware or software causes before replacing parts; then regression-test all affected openings.

Firmware planning

Use the RBH compatibility matrix for the exact management platform. Dealer-flashed or platform-specific firmware is handled only through approved channels with backup and rollback planning.

Closeout records

Update door schedules, IP and controller inventory, wiring labels, firmware, software release, battery date, test results and unresolved exceptions.
