Authorized dealer · Certified installers · Charlotte, NC headquarters
360 Technology Group is an authorized Radionix (formerly Bosch) dealer and certified installer
We have been selling, installing, programming and servicing Radionix (formerly Bosch) systems across North and South Carolina since 2018 — more than 8 years. Our scope covers Radionix B Series and G Series control panels, RADION wireless devices, Conettix communications and monitoring, AMS access management software and AMC2 door controllers.
Bosch intrusion and access control is now Radionix, part of Keenfinity Group. We have installed this range in the Carolinas since 2018 — under the Bosch name then, Radionix now — and we service both the legacy Bosch equipment already in your building and current Radionix product.
- Authorized Radionix (formerly Bosch) dealer — we quote and supply genuine Radionix (formerly Bosch) equipment, licensing and subscriptions.
- Certified Radionix (formerly Bosch) installers — our technicians install, wire, program, commission and document the system.
- Repair and takeover — we service, troubleshoot, expand and take over existing Radionix (formerly Bosch) installations we did not originally install.
- 24/7 emergency service — on-call service technicians for emergency repairs, plus scheduled preventive maintenance.
We cover every city in North Carolina and South Carolina from our Charlotte headquarters. Request a quote or service call Call 704-726-4254
Unified security operations
Bosch AMS, BVMS, BIS and B/G intrusion integration
A single operator interface is useful only when identities, events, commands, video, alarm states, permissions, licenses and failure behavior are deliberately designed and jointly tested.

Integration roles
AMS + BVMS
Supports door and reader visibility, access/door events, commands and video verification workflows when compatible releases and licenses are deployed.
BIS + security subsystems
BIS provides enterprise alarm management across access, video, fire, public address, intrusion and supported third-party systems.
AMS + B/G intrusion
Integration uses supported RPS/API components, certificates and licensing to expose intrusion areas/devices in AMS Map View and coordinated user workflows.
B9512G access-control boundary
The Bosch B9512G intrusion panel can support up to 32 doors and 2,000 users using optional B901 access modules, according to its current datasheet. That panel-level access feature is not identical to an AMS/AMC enterprise architecture. Choose based on required scale, identity administration, video integration, resiliency, reporting and operational ownership.
Acceptance evidence
| Workflow | Test |
|---|---|
| Video verification | Present representative authorized/denied credentials, retrieve the correct camera and verify identity/event timing. |
| Intrusion coordination | Exercise allowed and denied arm/disarm workflows, area state, alarm visibility and audit attribution. |
| Alarm management | Confirm priority, acknowledgement, action plan, operator permission, escalation and recovery. |
| Failure behavior | Test loss of AMS, BVMS, BIS, RPS API, network and controller paths without creating unsafe door behavior. |
| Lifecycle | Test certificate, password/token, software upgrade, backup and rollback ownership. |
Implementation responsibilities
The client security owner approves operations and authority. IT owns servers, identity, certificates and networks. The life-safety and intrusion stakeholders approve alarm behavior. The integrator installs and commissions controllers, readers, doors and software. These boundaries must be documented before configuration.
Enterprise integration and field support
360 Technology Group installs, integrates, commissions, maintains and supports Bosch/Keenfinity access, video and intrusion systems in North and South Carolina.
