Use Aiphone’s official support channels for manufacturer documentation and downloads. Use an experienced field integrator when the problem involves wiring, PoE, networks, stations, door release, programming, upgrades or system-wide acceptance.

Manufacturer technical support
Aiphone states that its technical team assists with setup, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams and compatibility. Have the model, serial information, current versions, topology and symptoms ready.
Customer service
Order status, returns, warranty routing and commercial account questions belong with customer service rather than the technical queue.
On-site installer service
We inspect power, cable, PoE switching, addressing, station communications, door hardware, relays and programmed call paths; then document the correction and acceptance results.

Before an upgrade or service visit
- Photograph labels and record every station, gateway, PoE switch, controller interface and door-release device.
- Export the available configuration and record current firmware, Support Tool and workstation versions.
- Document IP addresses, VLAN, DHCP/static policy, DNS, time source, ports and remote-service dependencies.
- Test call, video, audio, paging, unlock, scheduled and failure workflows before and after the change.
- Retain the approved configuration, version inventory and acceptance record for future maintenance.
