360 Technology Group LLC is a commercial security and low-voltage systems integrator based in Charlotte, North Carolina, working throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. We install and support access control, security cameras, intercom and entry systems, intrusion alarms, gate operators, structured cabling and commercial audiovisual systems — and we self-perform that work rather than brokering it.

6201 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210. Office open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm — visitors welcome. Crews and stocked service trucks are dispatched from here.
When we answer
Emergency repairs and after-hours service calls are covered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by our on-call service technicians. A door that will not lock or a recorder that has stopped recording is an emergency.
How long we have run these lines
We have installed and serviced most of the manufacturers on this site since 2018 or earlier — Brivo since 2019, Kisi since 2024. That continuity matters when you inherit a ten-year-old system and need someone who remembers the platform.
What we are authorized to sell
We are an authorized dealer and certified installer for every manufacturer listed on this site. That is what entitles you to genuine equipment, valid warranty and a manufacturer support path — and it is worth asking any bidder to prove.
Evidence rather than adjectives
- One of Brivo’s top ten dealers in 2019, with Brivo projects ranging from a single door to several hundred doors.
- We are the dealer and the installer. The company that quotes the equipment is the company that pulls the cable, hangs the door hardware, programs the software and returns for service.
- System takeovers are routine. A large share of our service work is on systems installed by somebody else — documented, adopted and supported from then on.
- Occupied buildings are normal for us. Schools in session, hotels at occupancy, distribution centers in peak, plants that cannot stop the line. We phase around operations rather than around our convenience.
- You get documentation. Opening and device schedules, IP and credential inventories, test results, as-built records and administrator training at turnover — not just a working system and a verbal handover.
- We will tell you when the answer is no. If a project has federal funding that restricts certain manufacturers, or a platform is genuinely wrong for your building, we say so before you buy rather than after.

- Supported models, versions, licenses, subscriptions, cloud accounts and administrator responsibilities.

- Warranty boundaries, response expectations, preventive maintenance and future upgrade planning.
Why the disciplines need to be coordinated
A camera project can fail because storage, PoE or identity was overlooked. An access-control project can be delayed by door hardware, egress or fire-alarm coordination. A meeting room can be difficult to use because the network, accounts, acoustics or control workflow were treated separately.
Our role is to expose those dependencies before procurement and installation. A coordinated project record helps owners compare alternatives, manage changes and understand what they will administer after handoff.
