We install, configure, service, maintain and support dormakaba products and systems. Work can include survey, engineering, procurement, field installation, software setup, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, administrator training and lifecycle planning.

Installation, upgrade and acceptance workflow
- Survey each opening, door and frame construction, existing lock/closer, egress, fire interface, accessibility, power, pathways and network before selecting hardware.
- Inventory the exact software, version, license or tenant owner, panels, hubs, locks, readers, credentials, firmware, integrations and administrator-recovery path.
- Confirm current manufacturer compatibility and documentation; prepare a model-specific bill of materials, wiring plan and responsibility matrix.
- Install and configure power, network, controllers or hubs, locks, readers, sensors, schedules, holidays, roles, credentials, alerts and approved integrations.
- Test authorized, denied, held, forced, request-to-exit, fire-release, communication-loss, power-loss and recovery behavior at every affected opening.
- Deliver as-builts, device/version records, account and license ownership, acceptance results, administrator training and a preventive-maintenance plan.

Does dormakaba publish prices?
dormakaba provides current price books for Keyscan, E-Plex and RCI. Installed cost also includes software, door condition, power, network, cabling, labor and commissioning.
Can Keyscan manage E-Plex locks?
Aurora supports specified E-Plex wireless and offline lock workflows. Confirm the exact lock, services, license/module and current compatibility before procurement.
Can existing cards be reused?
Sometimes, but credential technology, format, security, reader support and migration risk must be assessed. Reuse should not preserve an insecure legacy credential by default.
Do you service existing dormakaba systems?
Yes. We can survey, troubleshoot, maintain, expand or modernize supported Keyscan, E-Plex and RCI installations after ownership and compatibility are verified.
