Avigilon Alta Control Center, mobile access, readers and controllers
Plan the cloud tenant, administrators, identity, credentials, entries, schedules, hardware and offline behavior together. A login or app can be healthy while the field opening is not.

Browser administration for users, credentials, entries, schedules, zones, alerts, reports, integrations and organization/site configuration.
Alta Access Admin app
Supported installation/configuration and administrative workflows, including remote or timed unlocks, guest passes and lockdown functions described by Avigilon.
Alta Open app
End-user mobile credential and unlock workflows. Enrollment, Bluetooth/location/notification permissions, phone security and offboarding must be supported operationally.
Controller and reader planning
Avigilon states that Access Control Core connects to as many as two expansion boards to support 16 entries and 16 readers, with REX/contact sensors and local configuration storage for offline decisions. The exact panel/board, power supply, entry density, wiring, lock loads and enclosure must still be engineered.

Pricing and acceptance
Avigilon routes current pricing through a quote. Installed cost includes subscriptions, controllers/boards, readers, credentials, locks, power, cable/network, labor, migration, integrations, training and support. Confirm term, renewal, feature tier, warranty and offline expectations in writing.
- Test authorized, denied, revoked, scheduled, mobile, card/PIN and guest workflows.
- Exercise WAN, controller, power, reader and identity-provider interruption/recovery.
- Verify forced/held door alerts, lockdown, audit, video/intercom and export where configured.
- Prove administrator recovery, role boundaries and offboarding.
Alta Access installation and support
We furnish, install, configure, integrate, maintain and repair Avigilon Alta access-control hardware and software, including mobile credentials and existing-system migration.
