Keri Systems equipment we supply and install
We supply, install, program and service the Keri Systems line across North and South Carolina. These are the components we most often specify, and what each one actually means at the door.

NXT controller family
The full NXT range. Panel choice is driven by door count, expansion room and whether you are extending an existing Keri site or starting clean.

NXT-3R controller
Three-door controller for small sites and satellite buildings. Plan enclosure space, lock power separately from panel power, and battery standby.

NXT-6RK controller
Six-door controller with keypad. Common on mid-size commercial buildings where a single closet serves a whole floor.

Neutron controller
Network controller option for Keri deployments. Confirm firmware and software version compatibility before mixing with existing hardware.

MS-3000 proximity reader
Standard proximity reader. Check read range against the mounting surface — metal frames cut range more than most specifications admit.

Aurora ARC mullion reader
Narrow mullion-mount reader for aluminium storefront frames, where a full-size reader will not fit the stile.

Cards, fobs and credentials
Proximity, magnetic stripe and fob credentials. Credential technology should be decided with the reader, not after it.
Software: Borealis cloud access control for sites that want no server, or Doors.NET on premise. We configure, migrate and support both.

North Carolina and South Carolina planning guide
Keri Systems Access Control Installation, Repair, Dealer, Reseller and Maintenance
Keri Systems access control installed, migrated, repaired and supported across North and South Carolina. We are an authorized Keri dealer and certified installer, and a large share of our Keri work is taking over long-established sites — Doors32 and early Doors.NET installs that still run but no longer have anyone to support them.

Keri systems outlive the people who bought them
Keri’s defining quality in the Carolinas is longevity. We regularly walk into buildings running Doors32 or an early Doors.NET database on hardware installed over a decade ago, still working, with nobody left on site who remembers how it was configured. That is a compliment to the platform and a problem for the owner — and it is the most common reason people call us about Keri.
So the real decision on a Keri project is rarely which controller to buy. It is whether to carry the existing investment forward or draw a line. NXT hardware often has years of service left and can move onto a current software platform; older panels sometimes cannot, and pretending otherwise just relocates the problem. We audit what you have, tell you plainly what carries forward, and price both paths.
The second decision is Borealis cloud versus Doors.NET on premise. Cloud removes the server, the backups and the update burden, and adds a subscription. On-premise keeps control and capital cost, and keeps the maintenance obligation with you. Neither is automatically right; it depends on whether you have IT staff and how many sites you run.

Capabilities and selection checkpoints
The cards in this section summarize information to evaluate; they are not separate pages. Availability and compatibility can change, so final models and releases must be confirmed against current manufacturer resources.
Keri Systems services we provide
Supply, survey, installation, software setup and migration, credential rollout, repair, database cleanup, maintenance contracts and takeover of existing Keri sites.
Keri Systems access control installation for new construction and retrofit projects
On new build we work to the drawings and coordinate rough-in with the electrical trade. On retrofit the survey matters more: existing wiring, panel locations, door hardware condition and what is genuinely reusable.
Repair of Keri controllers, readers, credentials, panels, locks and wiring faults
Controllers, readers, credentials, panels, locks and field wiring. A dead reader is usually power, cable or a failed lock rather than the reader — we diagnose in that order instead of replacing parts hopefully.
Dealer and reseller support for Keri hardware, software and system expansion
Genuine Keri hardware, software licensing and credentials, quoted against your existing site so an expansion joins the system you run rather than starting a second one.
Maintenance contracts and takeover service for existing Keri sites
We take on Keri sites nobody currently supports. The first visit is an audit: software version, database health, panel firmware, who holds the admin credentials and which doors have quietly stopped reporting.
Doors.NET administration, troubleshooting and database cleanup
User and credential housekeeping, access-level tidying, schedule and holiday setup, report configuration, and clearing out the years of orphaned records that make an old database slow and untrustworthy.
Legacy Keri upgrade planning from older hardware and Doors32 environments
Moving off Doors32 and older hardware. We map what migrates, what must be replaced, what the downtime looks like per door, and how the credential population transfers — before anything is ordered.
Mobile access, wireless locking and credential rollout support
Adding mobile credentials or wireless locks to an established Keri site. The constraint is usually the software version and the reader generation, so we confirm both against your actual install first.
Keri software platforms and system architecture
Borealis cloud or Doors.NET on premise, with the server, database, backup and update responsibilities named in writing rather than assumed.
Borealis cloud-based access control
No server to maintain, no VPN to configure, administration from anywhere, and updates handled by the manufacturer. The trade is an ongoing subscription and a dependency on your internet connection.
Borealis Connect and remote administration
Remote management for multi-site operators, so a lockout in Rock Hill does not require someone to drive there. We configure the roles so branch staff can do their job without holding the keys to the whole estate.
Doors.NET software and Doors32 upgrade support
Version upgrades, license checks, database migration and the Doors32 exit path. Back up before you touch it — and confirm the backup actually restores, which is the step most sites skip.
Evidence to collect before design
A useful survey and stakeholder review should produce the following project evidence for Keri Systems Access Control Installation, Repair, Dealer, Reseller and Maintenance:
- Door and frame survey, existing lock function, handing, egress behavior and accessibility conditions.
- Credential population, visitor flow, schedules, exception handling and administrator responsibilities.
- Controller, reader, lock, request-to-exit, door-position and power requirements for every opening.
- Fire-alarm, elevator, video, intrusion, directory and identity-system integration boundaries.
- Network segmentation, cloud connectivity, offline behavior, battery runtime and cybersecurity standards.
- Licensing, mobile-credential policy, spare capacity, migration sequence and long-term support ownership.
Architecture and integration review
Opening compatibility
Match the proposed hardware to the actual door, frame, latch, traffic pattern and required free egress.
Identity workflow
Define enrollment, approval, revocation, visitor access and audit responsibilities before configuration.
Failure behavior
Record what must happen during network, cloud, controller, power and fire-alarm events.
Integration boundary
Name the systems exchanging identities, alarms, video, elevator commands or property data.
Administration model
Decide who owns accounts, roles, schedules, reports, backups, updates and after-hours support.
Migration path
Plan retained doors, phased cutover, credential transition and rollback without weakening security.
Compare proposals on the same evidence
Product names and device counts do not make competing proposals equivalent. Ask each bidder to identify assumptions, exclusions, supported versions, owner responsibilities and the proof that will be delivered at acceptance.
| Comparison area | Evidence a complete proposal should provide |
|---|---|
| Fit for the operating need | A written explanation of how Keri Systems Access Control Installation, Repair, Dealer, Reseller and Maintenance supports the required users, events and workflows. |
| Compatibility | A supported-parts, software, license and integration matrix tied to the proposed architecture. |
| Infrastructure | Documented power, network, pathways, environmental and owner-furnished dependencies. |
| Acceptance | Named tests, expected results, exception handling and responsibility for correcting deficiencies. |
| Lifecycle | Current support status, update approach, warranty, subscriptions, spares and replacement planning. |
Deployment and acceptance sequence
- Discovery: agree on users, operating outcomes, retained systems, constraints and acceptance criteria.
- Field validation: verify dimensions, infrastructure, environmental conditions, pathways, power, network and integration points.
- Documented design: name the architecture, supported components, licenses, responsibilities, assumptions and change process.
- Staging and implementation: prepare configuration, backups, labels and test scripts before controlled field deployment.
- Operational acceptance: exercise normal use, exceptions, outages and recovery; then deliver training and system records.
Software, firmware and lifecycle responsibility
Record the installed model, hardware revision, software or firmware release, license or subscription, warranty and administrator ownership at handoff. Those details make later troubleshooting and upgrade planning materially safer.
Downloads, release notes, advisories and manuals should come from the manufacturer’s official portal. 360 Technology Group links to official resources and does not host firmware files locally. Some portals require an authorized customer, dealer or support entitlement.
Before any update, confirm the exact model and region, prerequisites, supported intermediate releases, backup, maintenance window, integration compatibility, rollback limits and post-update test plan. Cloud-managed products may control release timing differently from locally managed systems.
Build a project-specific comparison
Share the facility type, Carolina location, existing platform, approximate device count, operating problem, required integrations and target schedule. 360 Technology Group can use that context to determine whether Keri Systems Access Control Installation, Repair, Dealer, Reseller and Maintenance deserves a detailed site and design review.

Official Keri Systems software, firmware and support
Use these manufacturer-owned portals for current downloads, release notes, manuals, advisories and technical resources. 360 Technology Group links to official sources and does not copy or host firmware files.
Update carefully: confirm the exact model, region, hardware revision, installed version, prerequisites, required intermediate releases, support entitlement, integrations, backup, maintenance window, rollback limitations and post-update tests. The wrong package or sequence can interrupt service or prevent a downgrade.
Some portals require a customer, dealer, certified-technician or active-support login. Cloud-managed products may update automatically and may not offer a public firmware file.
